Customization:
~Color of base and heart are both customizable. If you don't see the color combination you need, please reach out prior to ordering and we can make it happen.
~Sizing is simply the average size we sell. We can accommodate special sizing (smaller or larger, up to 9" wide)
Shipping:
~All items are shipped via USPS first class mail unless an expedited profile is purchased by the buyer. First class mail normally takes 5-8 business days to arrive but because it is not a guaranteed profile, it can hit delays and take longer than that.
~Item is ready to ship within 1-2 business days from purchase. We are happy to ship the same day if you need an item urgently only if we have enough time in the day to create the item and drop off at the postal office before cut off (5:00 pm). Please reach out and let us know this is the case and we can see if we can make an exception.

What materials are your cake topper made of?
All of our cake toppers are handcrafted using premium 110 lb. cardstock for a sturdy, high-quality finish. Each topper comes securely attached to one or two clear acrylic sticks, making it easy to insert directly into your cake for the perfect finishing touch.
Are your cake toppers double sided?
**Are the cake toppers double-sided?**
No. Our cake toppers are single-sided by default but can be made double-sided for an additional **$5.00**.
Please note:
* **Glitter cardstock** has a white backing.
* **Matte cardstock** has the same color on the back as the front.

We do our best to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible! Our average processing time is **2–3 business days**, but please refer to each individual listing for the most accurate processing timeframe.

Expedited Shipping
