Custom and personalized orders
We can personalized most items. Please reach out prior to ordering to make sure your request is possible and whether or not there will be an increase in price. Please include a note to seller in the chance that personalization is not turned on for any given Listing.
What materials are your cake topper made of?
All cake toppers are made from 110 lb card stock paper. They come attached to one or two clear acrylic sticks to insert into cake.
Are your cake toppers double sided?
No. Cake toppers are one sided but can be made double sided for an additional $3 fee. Please Keep in mind that all sparkle finish paper has a white backing while all matte paper has the same color on the back as the front.
How quickly will I receive my item?
We do our best to ship items quickly and our average turnaround is 1-3 business days. Please see each individual listinf for processing times. Standard shipping usually takes 4-7 business days to arrive from date of shipment but because this is NOT a guaranteed shipping profile, unexpected delays can occur.
Can I select a faster shipping method?
Absolutely! Once you place your item in the cart, you will have an option to select an expedited shipping option. Only FedEx express options come with a guaranteed arrival. The rest of the options are only estimated.

Can I return an item if it arrives later than expected?
I don't offer returns on items for late arrival. If you purchase a "guaranteed" shipping profile (after discussing with me first), there is a money back guarantee with only one of them. Please discuss prior to purchasing or assuming a shipping profile comes with a guarantee.
Is Etsy's estimated arrival window accurate?
Please don't rely on etsy's estimated arrival dates since those are oftentimes inaccurate. I recommend adding 2-3 business days to that estimate for more accurate arrival times. Please reach out to me directly if an item is needed urgently to see what the best option for proceeding is.
